How to Submit Feedback in the QANDA Teacher App

If you have any improvement requests or suggestions while using the QANDA Teacher app, you can submit them through the 'Leave Feedback' menu with the following steps:

1. Open the QANDA Teacher app → Click on 'My Page' at the bottom right
2. Click on 'Settings' at the top right → Select 'Help'
3. Click on 'Leave Feedback'
4. Choose the type of feedback and write your message before submitting it.

At QANDA, we review all the feedback you provide, and we plan to refer to various opinions for the future development of QANDA.

However, please note that the 'Leave Feedback' feature is a channel for providing various opinions about QANDA’s features and services, rather than addressing issues or resolving problems that occur during app usage. Therefore, we may not be able to respond to every feedback received. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated. 🙏
