1:1 Support Method

To resolve your inquiries through the Quanda Teacher app, please follow these steps:

1. QANDA Teacher app → Click on 'My Page' at the bottom right
2. Click on 'Settings' at the top right → Click on 'Help’
3. Click on '1:1 Support'
4. Select the type of inquiry and write your inquiry

※ The inquiries you submit and the responses will be available for review under the '1:1 Support History' tab.

1:1 Support are typically responded to within 24 hours on business days. However, please understand that if additional verification is needed, it may take up to 72 hours on business days.
