I’ve been unfairly evaluated

If you feel that you have been unfairly rated, you can raise the issue through "Contact Us". If the student has given you a low rating for not answering a new question in the existing chatroom, or when 3 hours have not passed yet after the student had asked a follow-up question, it will be regarded as an unfair evaluation. In these cases, QANDA Team will take measures so that the low rating is not included in your rank.
