How long does it take for teacher verification?

Take a clear picture of your student ID (for both attending students and graduates). The QANDA team will check and notify the result within 24 business hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). For graduates, please submit a graduation certificate if you no longer have UNI ID Card. After verification, you are ready to solve problems!

Student ID verification

• If you have a student ID: Student ID

  (including the applicant's name, school records information, and applicant's photo)

  • Mobile student ID not available
  • No capture of university portal site

• If you do not have a student ID

  Proof of affiliation (admission certificate, graduation certificate, etc.) and ID card
